By submitting a photo, video, or other content (“Submission”) to the Pure Life Santa’s List / Naughty or Nice campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership & Permission

You confirm that:

• You are the owner of the Submission or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit the content; and
• The Submission does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

Pure Life Pet Foods, Central Pet Australia, and their related entities are not responsible for verifying ownership or rights in any Submission.

2. Responsibility & Indemnity

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the content you submit.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Life Pet Foods and its related entities from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• A breach of these Terms; or
• Any claim that your Submission infringes the rights of a third party.

3. Licence & Usage Rights

By submitting content, you grant Pure Life Pet Foods and its related entities the right to:

• Use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the Submission;
• Use the Submission in marketing, advertising, promotional, digital, social, email, website, AI-generated content, and other communications, now or in the future;
• Use the Submission with or without attribution, and with or without prior notice or approval.

4. Editing & AI Processing

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Submissions may be edited, altered, enhanced, combined with other content, or processed using AI or automated tools;
• The final output may differ from the original Submission;
• No compensation will be provided for any use of the Submission or derived content.

5. Withdrawal of Content

Once submitted, content may already be incorporated into campaign materials or automated workflows.
While Pure Life may, at its discretion, remove content from future use upon request, removal is not guaranteed.

6. No Guarantee of Inclusion

Submission of content does not guarantee:

• Inclusion in the Campaign;
• Receipt of a personalised asset; or
• Continued availability of generated content.

7. General

Pure Life Pet Foods reserves the right to:

• Reject or remove any Submission at its discretion;
• Modify or terminate the Campaign at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
